SafTLite Online Sales Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with SafTLite. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility:

You may return new, unused items purchased from the SafTLite online store within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. I don’t believe this bullet point will be needed.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Service team at sales@saftlite.com or 260-824-3440 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
Ship the return to the address provided with the RA number. <=Instead of

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or the return is a result of our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

4. Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned items, they will be inspected for eligibility.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
