Our popular Stubby II® with chemical and scratch resistant outer tube
Standard models come with a break resistant polycarbonate outer tube and lens. The X-Treme Shield outer tube is virtually unbreakable, resists shop fluids like brake cleaner, gasoline, oil, bug and tar remover, many industrial slovents and is extremely scratch resistant!
All Stubby II models come with patented rough service lamp that is 10x more impact resistant than standard lamps
Soft ring bumpers and lamp cushion provide extra impact protection
Tool tap is located inline on the cord for user safety
All Stubby II models provide bright light out the end for tight locations
On-Off switch under the handle grip is protected from dirt and grease
Stubby II auto reel meets OSHA requirements of no sparking device such as tool tap or switch that comes within 18" of the floor ( this unit is not explosion proof)
The X-Treme Shield outer tube assembly is chemical and scratch resistant and is available as s replacement part (P/N 5000-0885)
Models are available with or without switch, with or without inline tool tap, and SJTOW oil resistant, water tight cord.
A variety of replacement head kits are available to service your Stubby II or to convert an incandescent light over to a bright, cool operating fluorescent!
